Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not give cash refunds. This includes unused time, partial periods and renewals you did not cancel in time. The free 24-hour trial is not charged. You can cancel any time on your account page or in PayPal to stop future renewals. Access then continues until the end of the period you paid for.
The one exception is not cash: if you upgrade to a plan with more devices while a plan is running, each full unused month of your current plan is credited toward the new plan (credit = whole months left × price you paid ÷ 12). The credit is applied as time, so the new plan's first payment is later, and the old subscription is cancelled. Part months are not credited, trial time has no credit, and a credit cannot be paid out or moved to someone else.
We may choose to refund a payment in a particular case, at our sole discretion. A refund in one case does not create a right to a refund in another.
This page does not take away any right you have under law, or under PayPal's buyer-protection and dispute rules. You can still open a dispute with PayPal, which handles it under its own rules and process. If a payment is refunded or reversed, or a dispute is opened for it, the matching VPN login is locked immediately. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, access is restored.
Right to withdraw (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Our service starts as soon as you pay, so before you pay for a plan we ask you to tick a separate box: "I request immediate access and understand I lose my 14-day withdrawal right." We ask every buyer to tick it, wherever you live, and we record it with the date and the Terms version (kept as described in the Privacy Policy). On that basis the rule above that all sales are final applies. This page does not limit a right that the law of your country does not allow to be waived. See the Terms, section 5A.

我们可以自行决定在特定情况下退还某笔付款。某一情形下的退款不会使您在另一情形下获得退款的权利。
本页不会剥夺您依法享有的任何权利，也不会剥夺 PayPal 的买家保障和争议规则赋予您的权利。您仍然可以向 PayPal 提出争议，PayPal 将依据其自身的规则和流程处理。如果一笔付款被退款或撤销，或者针对该付款发起了争议，对应的 VPN 登录将被立即锁定。如果争议以对我们有利的方式解决，使用权限将被恢复。
撤回权（欧盟和英国客户）
如果您是欧盟或英国的消费者，您可能依法享有在 14 天内撤回远程购买的权利。我们的服务在您付款后立即开始，因此在您为套餐付款之前，我们会请您勾选一个单独的方框：“我申请立即开通服务，并了解我将失去 14 天的撤回权。”无论您身在何处，我们都会请每位买家勾选，并会连同日期和条款版本一并记录（按隐私政策所述保留）。在此基础上，上述“所有销售均为最终交易”的规则适用。本页不限制依您所在国家的法律不得放弃的权利。请参阅服务条款第 5A 条。
